Trever Krehbiel, MD
Medical Doctor
Dr. Krehbiel, MD is a mental health specialist practicing in the Wichita, Kansas area since completing his residency in psychiatry in 2011 at The University of Kansas. He completed medical school at the University of Oklahoma in 2007 and returned to the Wichita area to raise his family. Dr. Krehbiel, MD has been heavily involved in the rural mental health centers, and to some extent the local hospitals and has now begun involvement in more specialized treatment for Treatment Resistant Depression with Intravenous Ketamine Infusions. Dr. Krehbiel has affiliated with Via Christi Hospital, Newton Medical Center and continues to provide medical oversight as well as patient care at many of the local rural mental health centers including: South Central Mental Health Counseling Center, Sumner Mental Health Center, Four County Mental Health Center, and Iroquois Mental Health Center. Kansas Mental Health Medicine is the newest clinic involvement for Dr Krehbiel, MD and he's excited to be offering advanced treatments for depression and anxiety at multiple locations across Kansas.

Jennifer Hubbard

Jennifer Hubbard, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has spent her nursing career working in the field of psychiatry. This includes psychiatric pharmaceutical research, community mental health, inpatient facilities and teaching in the undergraduate and graduate nursing program at Wichita State University. Jennifer is proud to be an alumnus of Wichita State University where she completed her Bachelor and Graduate degrees. Jennifer is passionate about helping those with Treatment-Resistant Depression and is excited to be involved in novel treatment approaches at Kansas Mental Health Medicine. In addition to her work here at KMHM, Jennifer provides medication management and health education to adults and adolescents at South Central Mental Health Counseling Center.

Kurt Leis
MSN, APRN, BC
Kurt Leis is an experienced psychiatric clinical nurse specialist (APRN) with over 15 years experience in the field and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Mental Health/Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. He has worked in both the private practice and hospital setting. At Kansas Mental Health Medicine, Kurt works diligently with patients to provide medication evaluation and management for adults with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and ADHD. Kurt studied and obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Human Biology at the University of Kansas and his Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Bethel College. From there he further honed his skills with a Masters of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University. Kurt is excited to be part of a team of providers at KMHM exploring new and advanced treatment options for today’s mental health challenges.

Tera Price

Tera is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University and a Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Tera has gained her experience and passion for mental health working in various settings over her career. Those include the acute hospital setting providing emergency psychiatric care, long and short-term residential treatment (PRTF), youth group homes and outpatient medication management in rural community mental health centers. She continues to provide services at both South Central Mental Health Center and Sumner Mental Health Center serving children, adolescents, and adults. Tera is passionate about building a treatment plan that will meet each individual’s unique and personal health goals and enjoys working in collaboration with community providers including but not limited to primary care providers, therapists, and school systems to provide integrated and comprehensive care of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and symptoms co-occurring with ASD and ID. Tera is excited to be a part of the KMHM team offering novel approaches to treatment resistant depression and individualized medication management.

Satinder Mahal, D.O

Dr. Satinder Mahal D.O. is a board certified general and geriatric psychiatrist with over 10 years of experience. She has worked in a variety of settings including providing outpatient medication management in rural and urban settings, as well as inpatient and nursing home experience. Dr. Mahal completed residency training at the University of Kansas-Wichita and fellowship through the University of California, Los Angeles geriatric psychiatry fellowship program, ranked among the top training programs in the nation.She is well versed in the management of many psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety and neurocognitive (dementia) disorders among others.

sarah blosser
APRN, BC
Sarah Blosser, APRN, BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated with an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Hesston College in 2014, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas in 2016, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2020. She has a vast experience ranging from child to geriatric psychiatry and has worked both in the inpatient, and outpatient care settings treating a variety of mental health needs. Most recently, Sarah's true interest and passion is being involved in the advanced treatments offered at KMHM including both IV Ketamine and Intranasal Esketamine Treatments for those afflicted by depression and anxiety.

Taylor Courtois

Taylor Courtois, MSN, AGNP-C is a board certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree from Fort Hays State University and her graduate degree from Spring Arbor University in Michigan. Taylor has a vast array of experience in the acute hospital setting, but always felt a special pull towards the geriatric population as well as targeting psychiatric conditions. Throughout her nursing career of serving patients in diverse areas, it became apparent to her that mental illness plagues the majority of our society in a large capacity. Taylor is passionate about looking at the patient as a whole and expediting the formation of a treatment plan that addresses their needs physically, emotionally, and psychologically. In addition to providing individualized medication management, she is excited to be offering ketamine and esketamine treatments for those who suffer from treatment resistant depression. Taylor is eager to be a part of the team at KMHM and looks forward to serving those in need.

Jessica Moyer

Jessica Moyer, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her undergraduate degree from Wichita State University and her graduate degree from Maryville University, St. Louis. Jessica has dedicated her nursing career to help patients throughout their mental health journey. She gained experience while working in a variety of psychiatric settings including acute psychiatric inpatient hospitals, partial residential treatment facilities, outpatient medication management in rural community mental health centers as well as private practice offices. She has experience in treating a wide variety of mental health disorders and provides medication management to treat children, adolescents and adults. Jessica currently provides medication management services at KMHM and SMHC. Additionally, she is delighted to be involved with advanced treatments such as Ketamine and Esketamine, to manage treatment-resistant depression.

Jennifer Beard

Jennifer Beard, MSN, PMHNP- BC is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree from both Wichita State University and Newman University and her graduate degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After over 10 years of hospital nursing in the adult intensive care unit, Jennifer made the choice to pursue her passion by delivering mental health care, education, medication management to individuals in need. She focuses on the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, and chronic mental illness through psychiatric assessment and medication management for patients ages 16 years and up. Jennifer strives to develop a personalized care plan that values client participation and collaboration among professional within a supportive practice environment. Her goal is to empower her clients to take control of their illness with the help of supportive education and a stigma free environment. In addition to her work here at KMHM, Jennifer also provides medication management at South Central Mental Health Counseling Center.
